M. T. Deason Company Announces Construction of New Manufacturing Facility in South Korea
Birmingham, AL: Mike T. Deason, C. E. O. of M. T. Deason Company, Inc., recently announced the formation of a new corporation in South Korea. MTD Manufacturing, Ltd. will be located approximately one hour from Seoul.
The new manufacturing facility is now under construction and will open in January 2011. The plant will produce MTD TRI FUSION Fittings, MTDTAPSTOP Fittings, Tapping Machines and other products for natural gas, water, wastewater, and industrial markets.
MTD presently provides products for the USA, Canada and Mexico. This new facility will allow MTD to expand into the world-wide market with the addition of metric size products.
